By registering an account on Jilitt, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. Jilitt reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified.
The Jilitt platform is intended for use by players located in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of Jilitt complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. Jilitt makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.

To access the full features of the Jilitt platform, including placing wagers and making withdrawals, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact number. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.
Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on Jilitt. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Jilitt employs technical and procedural measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, Jilitt reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any winnings derived from such accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Jilitt account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Jilitt will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify Jilitt immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
Jilitt is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing regulations. You agree to provide such documentation as Jilitt may reasonably request to verify your identity, age, address, and source of funds. Jilitt reserves the right to restrict account functionality, including deposits and withdrawals, pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
Jilitt accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as displayed on the platform from time to time. All transactions on Jilitt are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Jilitt does not accept deposits from third-party accounts; all deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
The minimum deposit amount on Jilitt is ₱100, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. Jilitt reserves the right to modify minimum deposit amounts at any time with reasonable notice.
Withdrawal requests on Jilitt are processed subject to the following conditions:
Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed on the Jilitt platform at the time of the withdrawal request. Jilitt reserves the right to process large withdrawal amounts in instalments and to request additional documentation for withdrawals above certain thresholds in accordance with applicable regulations.
An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. Jilitt reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy as published on the platform. Players will be notified prior to any such fee being applied.
Jilitt may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds credited to your Jilitt account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as applicable) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. Bets placed on certain games may contribute differently to wagering requirements, as specified in the relevant promotional terms.
Jilitt strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; using low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms; colluding with other players to accumulate bonus funds; and any other conduct that Jilitt reasonably determines to be an attempt to abuse its promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is detected, Jilitt reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and any winnings derived therefrom, and to suspend or terminate the player's account.
All games available on the Jilitt platform utilise certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology to ensure that game outcomes are entirely random and not subject to manipulation by Jilitt or any third party. The RNG systems used by Jilitt are independently tested and certified to meet applicable standards for fairness and randomness.
Each game on Jilitt has a published theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage, which represents the expected long-term return to players as a proportion of total wagers placed. RTP figures are theoretical averages calculated over a large number of game rounds and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual player or session.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game, Jilitt reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager to the player's account. Jilitt shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the refund of the relevant wager. The decision of Jilitt in relation to any disputed game outcome shall be final, subject to the complaints procedure set out below.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jilitt and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Jilitt platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.
Jilitt's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Jilitt account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.
Jilitt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of: a breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; or any other reason that Jilitt, in its sole discretion, deems sufficient to warrant such action.
Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms or prohibited conduct, Jilitt reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in your account, including any pending withdrawals. Jilitt will provide written reasons for any forfeiture upon request, subject to applicable legal constraints.
Jilitt reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, Jilitt will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the Jilitt platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.1.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Jilitt platform shall first be submitted to Jilitt's internal complaints procedure. You may submit a complaint by contacting Jilitt customer support with full details of your complaint.
Jilitt will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within two (2) business days and will endeavour to resolve the matter within fourteen (14) business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of Jilitt's internal complaints procedure, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Philippine law.
